The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ranjivsucd, a financial services company registered in Ghana.

Ranjivsucd provides debt management and wealth growth services, including but not limited to financial assessment, strategy development, debt management guidance, investment advice, and financial education. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

The information presented through our Services is not intended as financial advice. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.

3. User Eligibility

Our Services are available only to users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the terms "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity.

5. Fees and Payment

Ranjivsucd charges fees for certain Services as outlined on our website. All fees are quoted in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change upon reasonable notice. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to be charged the applicable fees for the Services you choose to use.

Payment must be made in advance for our services unless otherwise arranged in writing. We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not received. All payments are non-refundable except as specifically provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ranjivsucd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Ghana and foreign countries. All materials, including text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, that are part of the Service are the property of Ranjivsucd or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright laws.

7. User Content and Conduct

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ranjivsucd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Ranjivsucd's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you have paid to Ranjivsucd in the past six months, or GHS 500, whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Ranjivsucd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
